Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Book HSRP Online accepts the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • Digital Wallets (as available)

2. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
  • We do NOT store credit card or banking information
  • Payment confirmation is sent immediately after successful transaction
  • Failed transactions will show clear error messages

3. Payment Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after:

  • Full payment is received and verified
  • Confirmation email is sent from our system
  • Order ID is generated in your account

Until payment is confirmed, we cannot guarantee booking availability.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails:

  • No amount will be deducted from your account
  • You will receive a failure notification
  • You can retry payment immediately
  • Booking will not be confirmed until payment succeeds

5. Duplicate Charges

In rare cases where you are charged twice:

  • Contact us immediately at care@hsrpoemplate.com
  • Provide transaction proof and order details
  • Refund for duplicate charge will be processed within 24 hours
  • No separate request needed for obvious system errors

6. Payment Currency and Rates

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are final and include applicable GST
  • Currency conversion is handled by payment gateways (if applicable)
  • Exchange rates are beyond our control

7. Payment Timing

  • Payment must be completed during booking checkout
  • Booking cart will expire after 30 minutes of inactivity
  • Expired bookings will not be reserved
  • You can restart the booking process anytime

8. Partial Payments NOT Allowed

  • Full payment must be made during checkout
  • Partial or installment payments are NOT accepted
  • Payment plan options (if available) must be selected during booking

9. No Refunds of Payment Gateway Fees

  • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  • Exception: Fees are refunded if due to our error
  • You will be informed of applicable fees before payment

10. Transaction Disputes

For payment disputes:

  • Contact us within 7 days of transaction
  • Provide transaction receipt and order ID
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • Chargeback requests bypass our dispute resolution process

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback with your bank:

  • We will cooperate with the bank's investigation
  • Provide all relevant transaction documentation
  • Your account may be restricted from future bookings
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action

12. GST and Taxes

  • All prices include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • Tax amount is itemized during checkout
  • GST receipts are provided for all transactions
  • Tax refunds (if applicable) are processed per policy

13. Payment Refund Timeline

Approved refunds follow this timeline:

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-7 business days
  • Card Credit: Up to 15 business days
  • Note: Timelines vary by financial institution

14. Payment Security

Book HSRP Online ensures:

  • SSL encryption for all transactions
  • PCI-DSS compliance for payment processing
  • Secure payment gateway partnerships
  • Regular security audits and updates

15. Cancellation of Payment

  • Once payment is confirmed, cancellation must follow our Cancellation Policy
  • Refund eligibility is determined by cancellation timing
  • Manual payment reversals are not permitted

16. Price Validity

  • Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours
  • Prices may change based on vendor availability
  • Updated pricing will be shown before final payment
  • You must confirm new price before proceeding

17. Auto-Debit/Recurring Payments

  • Book HSRP Online does NOT set up recurring payments
  • Each booking requires a separate, manual payment
  • No auto-debit authorization is required

18. Payment and Privacy

  • Payment information is handled by secure third-party processors
  • We do not store full credit card numbers
  • Your banking data is protected under banking regulations

19. Technical Failures

In case of payment gateway technical failure:

  • Notify us immediately at care@hsrpoemplate.com
  • Provide transaction receipt and error message
  • We will verify with payment gateway partner
  • Refund or re-processing will be handled accordingly
